"We contracted with Island Floors to carry out a renovation project at our beach house in Litchfield Plantation.  I selected Brewster's company from four companies … his bid was not the lowest, but his enthusiasm and ideas convinced me that he was the right choice.

Island Floors remodeled the master bathroom; designed and constructed an entertainment console/wet bar out of unused cabinet space in the main living area; installed hardwood floors and carpeting and a new water heater; repairing the air conditioning unit; installed new
windows and constructed an additional seating/office area and redecorated the whole house.

Island Floors' performance was excellent throughout.  Brewster produced lots of ideas for the bathroom and  entertainment center on the basis of several conversations with us … and we are delighted with the results.  He provided us with lots of options for installation of hard wood floors, and we are very happy with what he recommended.  The decorating required a lot of minor wall repairs and sanding, and Brewster had his workers apply three coats of paint before he was satisfied with the result.  His sub-contractors and staff in general were extremely competent and well supervised. After installation of the new windows, a storm produced
leakage which did a little damage to the (recently painted) walls; Brewster immediately sent the sub-contractor back to redo the installation and checked the house over a considerable period of time to see that no further leakages were occurring.

I can recommend Island Floors unreservedly, on the basis of my experience.  Brewster takes immense pride in doing a good job, and brings to his contracting and construction work the eye of an artist and designer."

I would highly recommend Brewster Buck and his whole team at Island Floors and Rugs! They are fantastic! We were moving here from out of state, had never angel! He was on top of the job from start to finish and we are very pleased with the work he and his contractors did. He has a great staff: Martha is so helpful - she even ran over to our house before we got here to shut off our water when they discovered a leak in our kitchen! Bill is also super - hard working and very nice! We plan to shop at Island Floors and Rugs for the area rugs we will purchase for our home! On a scale of 1 to 10, we'd give them a 15!   S. Smith

We had a business expo where we won a rug from Island Floor and Rugs, it was a very beautiful rug, very durable, and very welcoming. I farther went down to see their other selections and was treated with respect, and their selection was amazing, I saw carpet I never knew existed. The service and selection earned Island Floor and Rugs 5 stars. Bill F.
